Congratulations!

Congratulations to the first two people who passed a score of 6500 and are now considered Epic!.

In the EU, we have Vardahil, the Celestial Defender, a druid from easYplaY, currently with 6538 points. Not a small feat at all.

In the US, there is Benzi, Death's Demise, also a druid from Just Crusade, currently with 6510 points.

Funny enough, both are Restoration druids and of course, both have Val'anyr, Hammer of Ancient Kings. Good job and congratulations to both of you!


Patch 3.1 has arrived and we're all preparing to march into Ulduar to discover its secrets or jousting in the Argent Tournament. But we also have a little announcement: Armory Light is now exactly one year old, and boy, what a year it has been. We have served over 5 million character profiles. We went from a small, independent Armory page to a big World of Warcraft fansite. With this update we want to celebrate 1 year of Armory Light! But there's more! We didn't just do a small visual update! Check out these new features on Armory Light:

  • Item Pages: All items now have a detailed page, showing drop locations and rates (like for the Skull of Gul'dan), disenchant information, sell- and buy prices and vendor locations. You can also get an in-game link for the item!
  • 3D Item Models: All items that have a 3D Model in the game now show that model on their item detail page. Want to know how Val'anyr, Hammer of Ancient Kings looks in the game? By the way, Armory Light is the world's first independent Armory website to feature a 3D item viewer! Can't get enough of our awesome 3D models? Want them on your desktop? Get our Desktop Item Viewer!
  • Heirloom Calculator: Do you equip your twink with heirloom items? Then you should check out our Heirloom Item Scaling Calculator! Just change the slider value to the level of your twink, and the item stats magically update to reflect the values for the selected level. This calculator is also conveniently embedded in the item detail pages. Try it out!
  • Talent calculators: We now have our own Talent Calculator, built right next to our character profiles and always up-to-date!
 

What we do...

Armory Light creates a visually refreshing representation of your World of Warcraft Character. The data you see on Armory Light is directly taken from your WoW Armory Profile but displayed in a more structured and useful way.

We have cached over 5 million level 80 characters from all classes, races and realms. This allows us to create meaningful and helpful statistics. Along with a complete database of items, zones and talents we can offer a valuable tool to help you make your character better in PvE encounters.

Since recently, we also have 3D models, like the one for Black Ice, for all the items in the game as well as the worlds first fully featured Desktop Item Viewer.
